Our Story

Precision Ridge was built on hard work, determination, and a passion for heavy equipment and the construction industry. Founder and owner Gage Tilton spent five years traveling and working in heavy civil construction, gaining valuable hands-on experience as he worked his way up from a laborer to an equipment operator and eventually into management. Along the way, he developed a strong understanding of what it takes to get a job done right, from operating heavy machinery to managing challenging projects.

While Gage has always had a passion for the industry, his biggest motivation for starting Precision Ridge came from something much closer to home—family. After years of traveling for work and spending time away from home, Gage knew he wanted something different.

With the arrival of their first daughter and a new chapter of life beginning, starting Precision Ridge became about more than following his passion for construction. It became an opportunity to put down roots, be present for the moments that matter most, and build a lasting future for their growing family.

What started as a dream of working closer to home has grown into a business built on honesty, dedication, quality workmanship, and pride in every project. Today, Precision Ridge proudly provides excavation, landscaping, and snow removal services with a commitment to dependable service, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction.

At Precision Ridge, we're not just building a business. We're building a future for our family, creating a life where hard work and family come first, and serving the community we're proud to call home.
